You’ll access presales by logging in here and clicking "PRESALES." Ticket links will show up on that page at the correct time for your membership type. There is no presale code (unless you are preordering a VIP package). You just need to be a member of the fan club to have access.

In addition to your Nut House membership, you will ALSO need an account within the ticketing site here. This account is not linked with your Nut House account so if you haven't bought presale tickets before you will need to make sure you have a tickets account before being able to check out with tickets. We recommend that you do this before the presale just in case you need assistance.

Fan Club presales are held the Tuesday before the public on-sale (unless noted otherwise). Please note that sales don’t happen in order of show date.

All Access Pass members get a 2 hour head start on all ticket presales! Presales for All Access Pass Members will begin at 8am and Nut House Members get access at 10am local venue time.

Presale tickets will either be will call, mailed or delivered via mobile. You can find out the delivery method on your presale email confirmation. Will call tickets must be picked up on the day of the show by the person whose name is entered into the pick up name field when the tickets are purchased. If your tickets are being delivered via mobile, you will receive an email a month before the show with steps on how to accept your tickets. If your tickets are mailed tickets, we will begin shipping those tickets 8 weeks prior to the show. For any questions, email [email protected].

Please keep in mind that presale tickets are not guaranteed with membership. Your Nut House membership guarantees you ACCESS to ticket pre-sales. We get as many tickets as we can but most of the pre-sales sell out incredibly fast, therefore we can not guarantee that everyone who tries for pre-sale tickets will get them. We also can not guarantee that the section you want will be available. We only have tickets for presales that are given to us by the venue and the ticket amount and amount per section varies every time. As our member base continues to grow, the likelihood of being declined will increase.

Tickets are non-refundable and seats cannot be exchanged even if more desirable seats become available. When you search for tickets, the best seats available at that moment are added to your cart. You can always release those tickets and try again, as more desirable seats may be released from others’ carts.
